Environmental Law Certificate

The Environmental Law Certificate program is designed for students who are interested in learning about the legal aspects of environmental regulation and protection. The program provides students with a foundational knowledge of environmental law and policy, coupled with a more advanced understanding of topics such as water resource management, pollution control, and other areas of environmental law. Students pursuing the certificate will take a lower division course that covers essential concepts in law and policy, including the legal frameworks involved. The upper division courses will then focus specifically on environmental law and its practical applications. 

A minimum of 9 credits are required.
