Graphic Design, Bachelor of Fine Arts

To receive a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Graphic Design, students must continuously create artwork outside of course assignments that exhibits the highest quality and creativity. As students are working on their B.F.A. in Graphic Design, they must report to their advisor for continuance in the program. The advisor is responsible for critiques, guidance, and assistance in the completion of the senior exhibition. The student must work with their advisor throughout the entirety of the program. It is recommended to declare the BFA in Graphic Design major by the students’ end of their second year.

Western Watershed General Education Requirements

Students must complete all Western Watershed General Education requirements to graduate. 

Graduation Requirements

Undergraduate programs require a minimum of 120 semester credits for graduation.  Of those 120 credits, 40 credits must be in upper-division courses (those marked 300 and above).  Fifteen of these 40 upper-division credits must be earned in courses that are part of the standard or comprehensive major program being pursued.
